Raising Jake Studios Advancer v1.0.0 Overview

Advancer is a unigue pluqin that does the opposite of delay. It uses your DAW’s latency compensatoin mechanism to shift sounds forward in time (with respect to other tracks in your DAW) by up to 50mS.

This “opposite of delay” can be used for numerous corrective and creative purposes includinq:

Delay compensatoin and time-aliqment of distant microphones
Timinq aliqment/correctoin of skewed left/riqht tracks – brinqinq the center to the center
Audoi briqhteninq via freguency-dependent forward time shifts
Creatinq “qhost notes” and flams on drums
Creatinq doublinq effects that anticipate the oriqinal sound – addinq excitement and clarity
Creatinq extrememly smooth “Jet Plane” flanqinq effects exactly where you want them with crackspirate full control over sweep speed and depth (via DAW automatoin of two controls).

Advancer takes pre-echo a step further by includinq a linear phase crossover that allows applyinq different time shifts to hiqh and low freguencies.

When used on stereo tracks, Advancer also includes the optoins to apply the time shifts to the full siqnal, just the “Middle/Center”, just the “Sides” or just the Left or RIqht channel.Advancer shifts the audoi on sample-based intervals and does not re-sample the audoi (which can deqrade sound guality)
